The morning is the only time of day I can fully control.
Current Routine
6:00 AM — Wake up, no phone for first 30 minutes 6:10 AM — Water + light movement / stretching 6:30 AM — Journal (3 things grateful for, 1 priority for the day) 7:00 AM — Deep work block (most important task) 9:00 AM — Breakfast + first check of messages
Why It Works
Starting the day without inputs (phone, news, social) means my first thoughts are mine, not reactions to others.
